996 vs 993 vs rs2, which calipper is the biggest?

As topic says, which one is the biggest.

Don't know where i have it from, but is the rs2 (front calipper) the same as the 993 calipper? or?! and is the 996 is even bigger?
On thing i know is that they all have 4 pots right?!

Asking cause i want new bigger brakes on my rs2 driveline and i look in the other threads and didn't get any wiser

i dont want cayenne calipper cause it's to big, but need something that'll bite more that the original rs2 front calipper.

    thaks,
    Anders - S2 Avant Clubsport - 8pots or die!

i think rs2 is smaller than 993.I also think that 996 and 993 have as a difference that the 996 is monoblock and the 993 isnt.As far as size i think they are the same (the 996 and 993)...

The RS2 with the bigger disc/caliper option is the same as 993TT. The 993TT is similar in size to a 996 Carrera caliper. The 996TT is a large 4-pot caliper, same as early GT3. Late GT3 and GT2 has bigger 6-pots. I'd say that the 4-pot GT3 is a nice caliper although there are not mny pads and there is not that many discs that can handle the 60mm sweep height - a 996 caliper is a very good option and can be used under 16" Avus wheels... I'd go for 996's though. I think.... But I went for SEAT Brembo's instead. Ah, what do I know...

Standard RS2 is the same as the 993 - just turned upside down.
