Search the forum - it has come up before... Very quickly here are some options -

    1. A3 front discs (280x22) with modifications for PCD and centre hole. Works with A8/S8 rear carriers (for the 280mm disc). Works with A8/S8 light alloy rear calipers - or UrS4/S6 (Avant) rear calipers.

    2. Same A3 front discs with additional modifications to reduce diameter to 269mm. Works with UrS4/S6 (Avant) rear carriers and calipers.

    3. UNTESTED option uses the 300x22mm disc from neu A4/S4. Discs should bolt on with little or no modifications, but I have the carriers on order now to see if they bolt straight on. I'm planning on using the UrS4/S6 calipers with this. Watch this space. Its covered in the brakes area.

Thanks Panzer, but this is the correct URL, your link did not work.

Below you will see two possible ideas for rear vented rotors. I tried a couple of different calipers and rotors, basically running with ideas I got from other original thinkers on other forums. These are a couple of different combinations using two different rotors, two different calipers, both...

Are you talking about rear A8 disks? If you are, no you can't. The A8 disks have way too much offset, inboard, and hit the strut. This is the reason for needing to use the G60 or A3/New Beetle disk and have them bored and slotted.

The reason Paul mentions the NuS4 B6 rears, is the possiblility of the use of those disks and carriers. The disks have about the same offset as the A3, but they have a larger diameter, 300 vs 280 used on the A3. If the carriers will work with the UrS4/6 rear calipers, this would allow a Audi disks to be used and less trouble.

I am very interested if there is any possible way to use Porsche callipers (including additional hand brake) on our S2 Coupes rears. Does anybody know such a mod?

i'm with tom on this one, as i have a set of porsche rear 944 S2 calipers to go with a pair of 993 carrera 2 front calipers.

is it an option to use RS2 discs and carriers?
