Bomb leaking hyd. fluid.

at an oil change today I noticed that my bomb was leaking hyd. fluid from the little brake line connected to the bomb. The mechanic was able to tighten the nut by allmost a half turn. Could this hyd. fluid loss be the cause of my brake warning alarms? It seems like when the resovoir is absolutely topped up, i can go a week without alarms, and after one week without alarms they start coming back when the car is left for more than 3-4 hours.

The bomb it self looks quite new and shiny, so i am hoping that the leakage stop would make the alarms go away, once i get the resovoir topped up.
