partnumber or model and year of brake disc

    Hey

im looking att bying some better discs than original 323x30 discs that goes with 996 monoblocks.

Iam now lost though. I cant seem to find the correct model and year for thoose discs. i found the ones that are on the S6+ but theese dont seem to be on any other car according to ETKA. So what model of A8 and what year are these for originaly?

4D0615301F should be the correct p/n for the 323x30 98>A8/S8 Quattro front disc with a 60mm hat height. This is what i used on my monoblock conversion.

Actually i got Brembo ones for GSF but i used the same p/n to order them.

If you buy Zimmerman discs, they list the number as 4D0615301A, for the 323X30 A8.

This is what im getting at
The ones for the S6+ is
          4D0615301A

          Then theres
          4D0615301J
          For A8/S8

          And apparently
          4D0615301F

so im woundering wich one it is.

About why buy better discs? Well im looking into what the cost would be for a set of DBA 4000 discs. The A8 ones would go for approximently £104. If i can get a better groved disc for lets say 10-20 £ more then there is no argument.

Im also looking into some pads namned Carbopad GT. Supposedly quite a bunch of ring entusiasts use them altghough that dosnt say that much. I mean just beacuse you drive on the ring from time to time dosent mean u have good pads. ÄThe price difference where about £22 over original porsche texstars. (Havent found a good source for em except from porsche stealer)
Has any1 tried theese Carbopad GT?

Well got e reply from the pad and disc guy. A set of DBA 4000 discs would be £300 so im going with ordinary 323x30 discs.
