You lucky lucky boy, consider those the holy grail of caliper's. Very light and VERY effective.

will need to get some brackets made up as there is nothing stock as far as i know but then you'd need to do that with the cayenne ones as they are radial mount but dont line up to the lugs onan S2 strut...

once they are on, they are going to haul you up nicely

If these are fitted in a similar way to the 996s ie with an RS2/seat bracket would they not sit quite low on the disc, sort of between 3 and 6 oclock?

corey,do you have brackets for those too?
Also i have another question, when you change from 4pots to 6pot brakes,is there any calibration to be made so the effect of the front to rear brakes is not to be harmed?and if so,how is it done?

finally do those fit under 17inch wheels??

the distance between the two mounts is something like 146mm rather than the 130mm of the 996/boxter s jobbies...sure Corey will have the specs

i would have said very very unlikely to fit under 17's, my 4-pots just about squeezed in under my 17's.

You will need custom carrier and custom disc. Huge disc... What sort of power or weight you are going to employ those ? I think that sort of stuff is overkill for standart S2. Something delivering 400+ hp sounds more likely application. If I remember correctly these calipers use 350mm disc as stock. That is HUGE . If you will go for solid disc (not recommended), you can buy s8 discs (360mm ?) or try phaeton ones. Some guy called gunnar mealow or similar sells them on e-bay.

P.S. You will need at least 18" wheels to clear such disc.

they will be used on my RS2 instead of the cayenne turbo calipers on 350mm X 34mm cayenne discs..
i hope the engine will put out 500-550hp when it is finnished, but that might take some time
there are 3 things on a car that i care for : 1. wheels, 2. clean body with a nice colour and 3. brakes

this is the cayenne caliper on 350mm disc:

Hole spacing is 146mm, the caliper is the same width as the 4 pot GT3 and would fit within the 17" wheel of an RS2 (BTDT) and I'm looking at an RS2 soon that wants to have these fitted under the stock wheels, in fact it wants the complete setup fitting front and rear.
On an RS2 there is no need for a custom disc, but on the S2 you can use the 2 piece Porsche disc and just have a custom bell made to suit.
Which I do have a design for but not the bracket, yet!!!

For your GB, no. They would be from a Cayenne

No the caliper's in the above image are off a GT3 or a GT2 (use the came caliper), the comment I made about the Cayenne's caliper's was off topic and not related to this thread.
