    Brake conversion!! tricky!!

    Hi there!

    got a few problems here..

My car is original a 89 90 quattro 2,3e 10v with a NG engine and b3 sedane body
    with b4 front.
I have replaced the NG engine with a 3b 20v turbo engine.
And now I have come to the brakes..
I bought wheel hub, drive shaft, wheel hub house and EBC redstuff discs and pads to a coupe quattro 91 mod. And I got the girling 60 calipter.. and bolt size is 4x108.

    problem one:
the drive shaft seems to big for the spindel house, so when I tighten the center bolt
the drive shaft get stuck in the back of the spindel house. hmm.. maybe a picture will help..??

    Problem two:
so if I just ignore the drive shaft beeing stuck and mount the disc on..
When I try to fit the calipter I missing 4 mm to get it right in the brackets..

I can take some pictures and upload if anyone have a clue about this..

AFAIK the 90 and coupe have different wheel offset so god knows what else is different with hubs, driveshafts, wheel track distance etc.

There was also differences between 10v and 20v models with bottom balljoints, wheel bearing size etc.

I realy cant see why this dosent fit..

why is the drive shaft joint to big to fit in the spindel house?
got cq20v joint, spindel house, spindel and bearing (4x108)
possible to grind off a mm on drive shaft jont to make it fit?
