Some help needed with s2 std brakes...

    Hi all,
I'm not satisfied with my brakes effectivity. First - what I have:

Std size brakes 276mm x 25 - Zimmermann drilled discs front & rear with Mintex Racing 1144 brake pads, Mintex C-tech brake fluid, and ofcourse fully operational hydraulic pump.
All else is stock. Well, it should work fine, but it don't. The brake pedal is a little coarse - when I hit it - it's seems like there were rubber on brakes... there is no transfer between how hard You press on the pedal and how hard the brakes working... I tought about brake force divider (I don't know if this name is good) between front and rear brakes...
I don't know what else I should check up ? Any advise would help... Thanx!

a little bit- YES. But You can also kick hard the pedal, and the answer of brakes is very weak.
