The disks don't have anything attaching them to the hub, apart from the wheel bolts. To remove the disks you will need to undo the two bolts holding the G60 brake carriers. Here's the part number for them - N901 740 01 (M12x1.5x34) you will need four bolts. If you're adding the RS2 calipers and A8 disks, are you machining the disks to 304mm or leaving them at 314mm and using spacers?
If you're using spacers you'll also need longer bolts to mount the calipers. Theses are the bolts you'll need if you are using 5mm spacers - N100 650 02 (M12x1.5x70)
Hi Steve
Thanks. I thought as much from looking at how they were fitted, but I wanted to be sure before committing myself!
Will the discs require a bit of a thwack to free them from the hub?
I'm fitting machined to 304mm A8 discs. I've been supplied with all the appropriate brackets and bolts, and of course the calipers, pads and discs too.

My BTDT was that the insides of the hat of the old discs were corroded. This meant that the wouldn't clear the edge of the hub to come off. It took some good whacks with a small sledge hammer to get them off.
For removing the bolts, it's a good idea to turn the steering wheel to one side, so that you can get a long breaker bar for loosening. They are always tight. Torque is 115 Nm for putting new ones on
