Brake pressure issues - Need help

I replaced both rear callipers on the car, fitted them and quickly bled each one to fill them with fluid. Then i did a full system bleed, following the manual i did the Master cyl and proportioning valve first. Then i went onto the callipers, order according to the manual is RR, RL, FR, FL.

Two rears took a while to clear but i'm only getting half the amount of pressure on the drivers side with each pedal stroke. Its so weak the foot brake cant stop the wheel turning when i was torque the wheel nuts.

I am also getting a spongy brake pedal, and the more i drive the worse it gets. When i try an emergency stop with the ABS off it locks the front right no problem but not the front left. No idea about the rear but i can feel them working a lot better then before.

It appears the front right and rear left brakes are stronger but from what i've read the brake circuit is spit front/rear on these cars not diagonally. I was suspecting the master cyl but now i'm just confused

try bleeding it with the engine running or use an easybleed,
    easybleed always sorts them.
