Can anyone supply a slide bolt for a 1991 S2 front Girling Caliper??
Can't be from any other audi model has to be a 1991 S2 (the Slide is Thicker)

Do you mean the slider, or the M8 bolt that secures the caliper to it?
IIRC the slider isn't available on its own, it is part of the carrier.
Are you sure the 1991 uses a unique slider? I'm pretty sure all 20V Coupés have the same parts, apart from the disks of course.SS -
Yes the bolt in to the carrier, i tried a bolt from a audi 80 but it was shorter and thiner. My local garage wants me to fork out £400 for a caliper, so i need to get one from a audi breakers yard. I'm not sure about all coupe 20valves as i haven't come across any in the breakers near me(kind of a specialist thingy).sigpicComment

Carrier P/N is 447 615 125. Common to all 80/90/Coupé 20V V6 and S2 by the looks of it.

Would brakes from a Audi 100 on a d reg 2.2 turbo be of any use as i've just been offered one for free from a lady in skye. It is pearlecent white good condition but not been on the road since april 2006.sigpicComment
