disc wear using Ds2500's

Was just wondering what everybodys experience was with using ferodo ds2500's and disc wear
Last time I put a set of new pads on a set of new discs.The pads are nearly worn out but the marker dot on the disc has almost gone.Haven't measured the disc thickness but want to know if one set of discs and pads per change is ok?
Discs are brembo 314mm

Marker dot? They do wear disks faster, i did two pad changes on mine before i had to replace the disks.
