    Help needed indentifying disc

Hopefully somebody could help me indentify these discs

The previous owner said that they are Audi TT/S3 calipers and URS6 discs, he was right about the calipers as i have compared them to photos of my old brake setup on my Fabia VRS.

The discs are cracked badly and need changing, they are 312mm diameter and 30mm wide but have no part number on them.
According to S-cars.org the URS6/4 have 10.9in/276mm discs so it can't be them
They are not Audi TT/S3 discs due to the holes in the mounting face, sooo can anybody shed some light pretty please with cherries on top?

Note holes on the mounting face of the disc and slot on top of the disc just left to the tape measure

S-cars is correct for the USA, they didn't get the HP2 brakes, theirs were only G60's.
The discs for the urS6 are (as Chen says) 314x30.

Nothing new, S2's have been having upgraded brakes since the beginning of time.
They normally go the Porsche route.
