Probably best to call Alex at https://www.ultraperformance.co.uk/

Alex is Error404 on here but doesn't get on the forum very often any more. Currently out of stock but he may be planning to make some more:
Our tandem brake booster conversion kit allows you to fit a modern and much more powerful tandem (dual stage) brake booster to your S2 / RS2  or other B3/B4 platform car. Our kit includesServo adapter bracket machined from 6082 T6 & hard anodised to 40μmExtended pedal clevis machined from ‎34CrNiMo6 / 4340 / EN24T & zinc di-chromated for corrosion resistanceHigh tensile booster fixingsM12x1 SAE brake line fittings for 4.75mm / 3/16 (standard size) brake linesBrake fluid reservoir level sensor connector & terminalsFixings In addition you will need:A suitable tandem booster, master cylinder and reservoir. We supply new TRW (OEM) parts to complete this conversion.Suitable factory boosters can be taken from the following model platforms: B6, B7, B8, C6, C5 RS6, C6, C7, D3.Please note that there a HUGE number of different variants aross various markets and territories; it is not possible for us to provide fitment confirmation of every combination - therefore we strongly recommend choosing componets from the C6 A6 platform due to availability, low cost and gauranteed compatiblity across all territories. It is important to take the booster & master cylinder from the same model variant - mix & match combinations of components is not advise as not all are compatible. Special information for RHD UR quattro ModelsWe have a speciic kit to fit right hand drive UR quattro models: RHD UR quattro Tandem Brake Booster Converion KitSpecial information for RHD S2/RS2 ModelsPlease note that this kit does not fit the RHD S2/RS2 with standard intake plumbing and requires a reverse (front entry) intake manifold in order to provide adequate space for the brake fluid reservoir. In addition, fuel lines in the engine bay will need to be relocated and bracketry removed.Other RHD B2/B3/B4 platform models may have similar space constraints and consideration should be given to this. If in doubt please send us some detailed information and photographs of your installation and we will be able to advise you.For reference, when using our TRW master cylinder and booster the total installed depth from the nose of the master cylinder to the bulkhead face is 276mm.

On Facebook I saw someone producing a kit to fit electric assist units. Which looked like a good alternative, see link below:

Brake booster conversion using Gen1 iBooster.  This kit is not compatible with Gen2 iBooster as the Gen2 is bulky and does not fit within the space of these chassis.  The kit utilizes the factory brake pedal arm and includes a adjustable extension which connects the arm to the booster.   The harness included in the kit is plug-and-play into the booster and requires wiring into the car. 3 wires are wired to the battery as a constant power and 1 to ignition power for signal.    Please note that this kit does not fit the RHD models with standard intake plumbing and requires a front entry intake manifold in order to provide space for the brake booster.   Without an external controller (CAN bus) connected, the Bosch iBooster enters a fail-safe mode and defaults to a 1:1 pedal ratio, essentially acting like a standard vacuum brake booster. Wiring the booster to a Standalone ECU adds the ability of custom assist ratios and pedal feel.    iBooster GEN1 list • Audi A3 e-Tron • Chevrolet Bolt • Chevrolet Malibe • Honda CR-V (MY 2018, 2019) • Jaguar i-Pace (MY 2019, 2020) • Porsche Panamera (MY 2017+) • Tesla Model S (MY 2015+ (with autopilot)) • Tesla Model X (MY 2015+) • Volkswagen Passat hybrid • Volkswagen e-Golf • Volkswagen e-UP Part Numbers Tesla: 1037123-00-A, 1037123-00-B, 1037123-00-D, 1045231-00-A Volkswagen Group: 12E 614 105 B, 12E 614 105 H, 12E 614 105 K, 5QE 614 105 AH, 5QE 614 105 AT Honda: 46000-5AA-A01 GM: 42576675, 42698897, 42761400 What's included in the kit: 1x Wiring harness with fuses 1x Booster to firewall adaptor 3x Studs and nuts for booster to firewall adaptor 1x Booster to factory reservoir adaptor 1x booster to factory brake pedal extension and locking nut
