Thanks for that Paul - but one other thing that is interesting - Park on a slope (bonnet pointing down the hill) and it'll do it minutes after shutting down.
Even when my car passed all the tests on S2 Central, it still went bong every morning when I first started it and every evening after wrok.
I had the fluid etc topped up and sensors check, all seemed to be faultless yet the alert still came on.
I then changed the bomb and hey presto...no more alerts.
I'm pretty convinced tha thte bomb was gradullay failing to retain pressure and it was only a matter of time befor ethe laert came on whilst driving....which the manual says is a immediate stop and seek expert help with item.
I guess the jury is still out. In mean time I will keep an eye and ear on it and investigate further if it gets any more frequent.
Thanks everyone!

Mine does the same, as I ve posted this in January. The only thing that I ve found is that the rear brake pads are only some 3mm thick. I had no time to replace them yet. I ll see if that changes anything and keep you informed. If not, than I ll change the fluids and see.
