Has anyone done a "before and after" type experiment on brake performance when modding brakes?
Just wondered if anyone had quantified what the actual reductions in stopping distances are achieved with the various brake mods being done here vs the stock setup.
Then, perhaps, if there is a way of quantifying further improvements in brake performance when people go the way of the monster brake setups (eg the 6-potty AP stuff) vs the Porsche4-pot/A8 disc route?
I realise also that the other big aim of brake improvement schemes is aiming to get rid of brake fade - would be interesting to see how these compare with that too. Certainly in stock mode the S2 brakes fade worse than a very fading out thing.
