I don't rate EBC and I think many here will agree! £576 is a lot of moolah for very little improvement, if any over standard IMO. New standard discs and pads would probably make just as much difference. You'd be better off going for a Porsche or RS6 upgrade on the front and leaving the rears for now! A grand ought to get you a decent front setup!!

They literally all need doing as they are totally knackered. think one of my rears is warped as I get a slight rubbing noise at low speed.
Was offered an RS4 set up for the front but the owner hasnt got back to me so far.

I'm not convinved that the original RS4 brakes were that great so I'd probably forget that idea. Replacing the rear pads and discs with standard won't cost the earth. Then you'll have plenty left to spend on a decent set of fronts. May I suggest speaking to Corey at quattronics to see what he can offer in the way of a Porsche upgrade! Either way I'd forget the EBC stuff and either renew all with standard or bite the bullet and go big! You know it makes sense!!

Got a feeling the standard rear brake set up will be in the region of £180 from Audi, I can prob get about 20% off of that so say £150, the EBC rear set up is £200 delivered.
Poss worth the extra £50 on the rears and then i'll consider what need doing on the fronts?

Need to replace all of mine as they are pretty shagged, especially the fronts

Russ i have sold many sets for UR quattro's and the feed back i get is very good,i keep the EBC pads for S2's on the self but for some strange reason the grooved discs for S2's are way to expensive so dont sell them for that reason,i do keep Zimmerman sports discs drilled and they are £105 a pair NO vat to add, rear Brembo discs standard £45 a pair you dont really need sports discs on the back.
Pads full set Redstuff will set you back £140

So would you be able to get a full set up for my 1999 facelift S4 Avant? If so what £££ would it come in at?
Cheers,
Russ
