      Sorry to hiijack this thread....
I'm trying to get hold of a set of monoblock 996 calipers for my UR to fit under standard 15" ronals.... Searched forum and found the ordinary boxster calipers and 295x28mm discs fit as well as boxster S with 300x25mm discs...

Does anyone have part numbers for either of these calipers? My friend works for porsche GT 911 team and i'm trying to see if he can get me a good discount but he says the part numbers incomplete that i gave him (996.351.425 & 426)... something about two more digits on the end?

Those 996 part numbers sound bout right, Boxsters are 986.351.421 (& 422) I believe. What team does your mate work for, i might know him as im involved with that?

Ross works in the Carrera Cup for the porsche works team...
He states theres 3 or so numbers after tht part number to show vehicle age/ spec etc.... and they won't get me a quote till they have the full part no.

Jay, the part number you have been given is all your friend needs but if he is being a girl then just add .03 to the end of each 986 part number (986.351.421.03 and 986.351.422.03).
