I will be ordering the hi-spec set up for mine on monday morning. Grooved discs and red stuff pads 314x30mm, will also buy some 5mm and 10mm spacers and bolts to match to see which i can get away with.

I reckon you might just get away with the 5mm ones. When Paul J and myself tested them there was about 0.5 or less clearance for the spokes so 5mm should be OK.
