Normal fair on UrS4 is 314mm disc from memory... Can't remember if the HP2 caliper has a separate carrier. Maybe the S6plus runs 323mm discs on a variant of the HP2 caliper that is spaced differently to take the bigger disc. This subject came up earlier in the week. Need to hit the old family album for more insight.Paul Nugent

Oh meant to add - I have a pair of HP2 calipers you can have for postage... I started dismantling them as they looked a bit tired, but never got round to ordering seal kits. All bits kept in the box - wasting space in my garage. Came of a 1996 UrS6 - will work with 314x30 discs.Paul Nugent

Had a quick look at family album... The S6 and S6+ share the same front suspension leg. There is no caliper bracket/carrier - its integrated on the caliper, so the different caliper called up on the S6+ for the 323mm disc must have slightly different dimension if it bolts to the same place on the chassis as caliper for the 314mm application. I had previously thought they were just lighter, or badged more sexily for the S6+
The HP2 calipers I have will be for 314mm...Paul Nugent

Thanks for the offer but I have 2 pairs of s6 calipers already. Thats a shame about the discs as I have a pair of lovely drilled 323mm, will have to go with the standard 314mm for now till I can afford the porsche set up.100 Avant S4

I use Mintex ones on the Allroad - bit squeaky when cold but good bite of them... Never stressed though so hard to tell.
It would be worth a trial fit of the HP2 calipers you have with 323mm discs - I am only postulating here based on circumstancial evidence... They might fit fine.Paul Nugent

S6 AAN use the HP2 caliper part# 4A0 615 107
S6+ V8 use the HP2 caliper part# 4A0 615 107 A
I think A alphabet is probably the longer leg for the strut bracket.
Also checked on the D2 A8 which also come up with
HP2 Caliper part# 4D0 615 107 A the different from S6 is
the caliper is mounted at the rear of the strut and probably
longer leg for the bigger rotor disc,HTH
IMO,easy way to use the bigger rotor is custom bracket
,that'd be your answer.one of a few I5 from Asia.Comment
