Converting 4 Stud to Five

Hi all,

I’m thinking about converting my CQ from 4 studs to a 5-stud with new brakes ect.

How easy is this, is it just a straight swap for S2 parts?

What exactly would I need to change and what’s easiest way of getting the parts I would need?
