  • front caliper to rear

    anybody tryed to install the original front brakes to the rear.
    now i have the porsche cayenne 6 piston on front. i tryed the car and i dont feel any brake power from the rear side.
    i want to install the original front brakes to the rear,before i buy an rs2 rear.
    what you guys think?

    are you on about the g60 original twin pots or something a bit better like the monoblocs etc?

        handbrake would be the problem, unless you allowed a hydraulic handbrake in hungary

        you would need get bigger disc's on the back (i guess you would use your old front ones..) which would have a different offset which wouldn't be all that big concern as you'd need a custom bracket made anyway for the caliper

          are the rs2 rear calipers plug and play to s2 rear?

            I don't think so.

            I have a set of RS2 callipers that I was planning on using on the back of my 3B but never got round to working it out due the handbrake issue.
            1989 B3 2.0 3A 80 quattro... Budget 1.8T Project.
