I'm fitting S2 G60 calipers to my Rallye Golf. The Audi set up has a short hose terminating in a male fitting screwing into the caliper. The braided hoses for the Golf have a female end. So I bought a double ended male adaptor. However the male adaptor screws right into the female thread on the caliper. I'm sure it should seat on the bull nosed end, but it's seating on the very small flange of the adaptor.
I can't remember now which way the bleed nipple and the hose entered the caliper.
I've put the bleed nipple in the uppermost position. Can someone tell me if this is correct? A picture would be nice.
Also, could someone please tell me the type of flared end that fits into the caliper -
Concave, convex or dual.
Thanks
