You need a 90deg swivel end or a banjo fitting as the connection on the monoblock is horizontal not like the G60 type calipers

The kit i listed above (S2 Coupe : XAU-15013-B) will also fit the CQ20v. Thats the only kit i found, and only available in europe.

The RS2 kit AFAIK only has one hose per side on the front which goes from the body to the strut. It is then piped to the caliper as the caliper does not move in relation to the strut. You can make this hardline out of copper brake pipe which will allow you to move the caliper enough to replace disks.

Dont suppose you have a pic of this do you? Im doing a the 996 upgrade this weekend and have the rs2 goodrich hoses on the way hoping they would go from body to caliper.
                  Thanks

Depends if your RS2 goodrich kit has 6 or 8 hoses, if it only has 6 then it dosent include a replacement for the RS2 hardline.

Have a look at Henkjan's pic above, RS2 is the same except the right hand hose to the caliper is replaced with a copper hard line.

                      RS2 kit is 6.

S2 is 8 as the caliper slides in relation to strut.

Sorry no photo as I am offshore. But I can explain.

                      Standard S2:
From the body is a flexy hose which goes to a short hardline round the strut (hardline is about 6" or so). From there there is another flexy down to the caliper.

                      RS2/996
                      Option 1:
Use the goodridge hose in RS2 kit from the body to the hardline on the strut. Replace the short hardline on the strut with a copper hardline all the way down to the caliper. I don't know the exact length you will need because it depends on what way you mount the caliper (mine were supplied upside down). I know it is a male end at the caliper end of the hardline, can't remember the other end sorry.

                      Option 2:
Measure from the caliper to the body and order one goodridge hose that length with the correct fittings.

                      Option 3:
Keep the small hardline round the strut (it will likely need replaced anyway as they are a beeatch to remove) and use the standard S2/RS2 goodridge from the body to this then another goodridge to the caliper.

I went for option 1 because I had the S2 kit already. If you measure the lenght you need, any garage will make you the lines up and you can just bend them into shape when you fit them. Ask them to put a grommet on first though so you can route them through the hole in the strut.

                      I hope this helps
                      Mike

Thanks for that write up, appreciate it.
Quick update, the rs2 6 line kit is here. Looks like the two small lines are for the rear of the rs2 but arent of any use on an s2 as too short. Front hoses look like direct bolt on for the s2 when upgrading to the 996's etc. The original s2 hardline thats attched to the strut is the correct length.
Ill pop pics up once its all bolted together
                        Thanks for the comments
