Does this mean 314mm with the normal OEM standard bracket that comes on an RS2 with small reds?
Is it the case that it is 304mm standard, no problem, but if one wants to go up slightly to 314mm, one has to use some sort of small spacer between the OEM bracket and the OEM small red caliper.
I bought a pair of 314mm discs recently, have yet to offer them up, but was a bit shocked at their heavy weight. Having said that have not yet experienced the weight of the 304mm discs still on the car.
As a matter of interest who do people recommend for a a two piece disc with an alloy centre bell and a plain outer steel disc.
I appreciate this style would be a lot dearer, but interested nonetheless.
314 wont fit with the small version and the stock bracket. What brams says is that Ultimote sells a bracket which is a little larger. With that bracket the 314 mm disc should fit.
I think that with the stock bracket 308-310 mm disc is max.
BG Developments mads my bells for me I think it was around £275 with the mounting bobins for the floating disc.
Plus you need to buy the discs on top of that.
