Pipework placement!

Can anyone with recent experience of perhaps a bomb change or with a dismembered vehicle tell me the correct orientation of the pipe on the very top of the pressure accumulator. Should it loop over or under the steering arm?
It has been fitted under which means that the steering pinches it at full lock! Thats the bad news! The good news is that the green stuff sure does make the unside pretty when you clean it off!

Over on an ABY, pic was taken with the wheels off the ground so the steerings arms are at there lowest position.

That makes more sense to me! Unfortunately the previous muppet had replaced the bomb and fed the pipe underneath the steering arm. Consequently when the car is on full lock it traps the pipe between the steering arm and the accumulator. Can't believe that he never used full lock in all that time!
