Do you have any picture of that item? Looks like it is replacement part (or caliper from aftermarket set), not the orginal caliper.

right scrap that, I have three new part numbers....

        20.4672.02

        20.4673.00

        20.4565.00

Anyone have any information on these?

Think the rears are from a GT2 and the fronts are from a 996.

the rears from a gt2 are large for rears. they only seat a narrow disc but are about the same size as the black 4 pot fronts from a 928. not wide enough for front though

Where are you diging those internal brembo numbers ? Those are known only for those who have internal brembo nomenclature documentation available... (or pile of known calipers to compare numbers, however AFAIK they can be different for different product year etc.)

Are there any numbers like 996.45x.xxx on calipers which are about 1000x easier to identify ?

these are the number that are stamped on the calipers themselves. Im not planning to use the rears (possibly the fronts if i can determine what theyre from). If they had the 996. xxx. xxx numbers id know what they were off, hence my problem as i only have the above part numbers on the calipers
              Cheers

So it leaves only picture indentification way. Try to get pictures of calipers (side ant top).

I think they may be 993 Turbo calipers. There 993 age anyway.

If they were silver color, when they left manufacturer, then them should be ordinary 993 calipers (not monoblocks). Biturbo aka big reds were red in color AFAIK. However I'm not big expert on pre 996 generations of brake calipers and may be not correct.

So. Now we know what type of porker those calipers belonged to (or RS2 audi). You can measure caliper length and piston sizes (in mm please ) then it will be possible almost certainly pinpoint what they are.
