Boxster brakes on my car got bled wrong?!

Can somebody tell me of the signs of an incorrect bleeding process on a Coupe using a Porsche Boxster BBK setup? The shop who changed the brake fluid on my car have missed the inside bleeding nipples. When I talked to the shop about this they claim you needn't use the inner nipples to bleed the Porsche calipers.
Is that true? The shop says the calipers should operate correctly!
