So would this work with the Porsche Brembo monoblocks?
Rear handbrake options

Guys, I think this is a non starter for monoblocs! It states that " 4 x Brake pad mechanism (10mm thickness each" are required. Can't see how you can cram those in between caliper and pad and still have space for a disc! I am assuming you ned to split the caliper halves and use spacers to get the necessary clearance for the mechanism.
Those other Hi Spec calipers have pistons that are way too big for the rear on our vehicles Certaintly exotica can and do use the same calipers all round, Ferrari 360 being one example. Strangely Porsche don't even with that engine hanging off the rear!
With no room for a internal handbrake a seperate handbrake caliper would be the desired option. Unfortunately this adds to the costs although I have seen versions that used spot calipers and even the wider stock calipers but only as mechanical handbrake.
Another issue on the Coupe is the piddily 75mm wheelbearing!Comment

Yes. I have 996 rears on my car. It wasn't a finished development though and it never went back for the niggles I have to be rectified.
This was addressed by having custom pads with an extended backing plate, serving both purposes. The compromise, in this case, was not being able to have DS2500 material, so on the rears it's Mintex M1144. IIRC they were about £30 per pad.David
