    RS6 Disc's with 996 Conversion

Does any one know if you can use a set of standard RS6 Discs (not sure of the size) with the Porsche 996 calipers?

I think the 996 caliper will not cover the whole disc surface of an RS6 (365mm), as it's designed for a much smaller disc (323mm). But I have not tried it out my self in practice.

correct you would need to machine the cailper to work with a larger circumference of the rs6 disc but it's not to be recommended as it would weaken the overall structure of the caliper. I know for sure that was an option with the larger 345x30mm disc but not sure how much bigger the RS6 disc is.

I'd be looking for the RS6 caliper to match up to it for the best combination
