6 pot is the new 8 pot. 8 pot RS4-b7 a bit too common now so I had to be different ;)

      Hey Mike

      Nope. Not bought from eBay. Bought from a guy in Sweden. =) I will for sure sell one of these kits one day. But it will take a while for me to get my act together so at the latest around spring next year, sorry. =/

      Cheers =)

        I agree Neo.

        I decided 8 pots are not for me. Sure it's a relatively cheap and easy solution, but a heavy one. I have Porsche GT3 ceramics for mine, they are about 3kg each. I'd be interested in the weight of those Audi ones you have.

        I've settled on using 350mm steel discs with mine. I decided 19" wheels aren't the way to go either. So the 380mm RS4 ceramic idea is out anyway. No point in saving weight on one hand and gaining on another. That's without going into the problems associated with ceramic discs.
        They make a nice ornament though. And technically my car has had a 380x38mm ceramic disc fitted to it, but that was so last year.

                    rs4-b7 at the rear. Quiet a lot of work left before it works though. =/ hope to fix it this winter. =)))

                        They're all going black. To be honest I think the ceramic ones are butt ugly in their original costume. So they're going black with a custom S2-logo.

                            really a stunning car man

                            as Bram said, balance could be an issue indeed.

                              Thanks man. =) Always fun to hear that other like what you do.

                              I'm not too worried about the balance. Which I realize might be a bit ignorant but I reason like if it works with this setup on an real RS4-b7 it should work on mine. Sure... That one have different brake cylinder and so but let's start with the calipers and if it doesn't work I'll just have to replace some more parts.

                                I think balance will be fine, I have the 8post on mine and stock on the rear... Its a bit unbalanced but nothing to worry about..
