6 pot is the new 8 pot. 8 pot RS4-b7 a bit too common now so I had to be different ;)

I think balance will be fine, I have the 8post on mine and stock on the rear... Its a bit unbalanced but nothing to worry about..

Its very firm and stops very quick.
If you really press hard you can feel the weight unbalance to the front a bit to much, especially if the road is uneven so the front wheels are trying to follow dips in the road etc.
Im talking about a hard stop from 100+ mph though. Everything else is fine.

I do not believe those calipers are "ceramic" pretty sure they are made of aluminum alloy. The pads which are used in them are ceramic

First... Yes... The calipers are aluminum, of course (or some mixture of alu and some more metal). =) They have the Audi Ceramic logo since they are part of the super big brake upgrade kit with ceramic discs. So I guess Audi needed to brag about it or something. I will paint them black with a custom S2-logo.

I have not tried them with the 365 discs but it sounds like a bad idea to me. Don't think the pads will align properly on the disc.

The MTM discs are of steel.
