Beat the EVO7 today and the brake pedal rock hard.

I just beat the EVO7 today.I'm a bit quite impressive how was the GT2871 doing its job.recently,I just had the vacuum booster conversion on my UrS6.I love how the pedal feels compared to the pogo feeling from HYDROTRAGIC system,Today I just hit
the hard brake. The first time is just fine but when I released the pedal and have it for the second times.I felt the brake pedal rock hard.I know it some kinda no vacuum asssited left in the system so the race is over.I'm not gonna take my risk on the brake again.when I was home,I tried to leave the idle and off the engine.Counting the stroke of the pedal upto 3-4 times til I lost the assisted.I assumed this is normal!!??
I have a used Audi check valve on the line.Anyway,my brake pads front and rear has on 20% left on its life.To be honest,I just need to bear on using the brake pads for a fews week because I'm going to do the 2009 Cayenne Turbo 4.8L brake conversion on the front in the early of March.I'm going to have 380X36mm Discs on it.Do i need any extra vacuum tank on it?I didn't track the car.I'm going to have the check valve off and tighten all the clamps down again on tomorrow.Currently,I'm running 1,5Bar I don't what is the max pressure for the Check valve to be held up on the boost?Do i need any better check valve or get them another check valve on the line?

David,I really don't know what's wrong with that EVO.My car is auto tranny with this GT2871R Turbo.I shifted down to the 3rd gear and keep the REV at 3-4000RPM.My turbo needs to stay over 3K RPM.I saw the big puff black smoke and backfire when he shifted up or down the gear and finally I kicked his ***.

I'm going to get the manual tranny(conversion) and upgrading to something bigger in one day.
