      match them carefully to pads.

dont go too heavy a pad on standard discs. they will warp.

for example i had original green stuff on ebc discs. they warped first proper run. i changed to greens on ebc turbo groove and they were fine for the life.

I'm not sure what is available as standard stuff where you are but when using stock discs I always got on well with using AP lockheed discs, most motor factors over here will supply them but there are cheaper options but I didn't personally find them any good.

I sold EBC products many years ago and tbh it seemed hit or miss wether they lasted, I ended up using Lockheed discs and their green stuff pads which worked amazingly well and didn't warp.

The turbo groove discs were simply an option they would (at the time) do, stock discs were peanuts, then it was something like £10 per disc for grooves and £8 for plating on top of a set of discs that were about £30-£50 a pair. Obviously at that money it seemed the obvious choice to use them but in some cases they really didn't seem to work well at all.

These days I prefer to use the Ferodo DS2500 pad on AP discs, with a good fluid they can be a superb setup whatever car their on.

Much depends on how your driving style is, to give you a correct anwser:
                      (I'll share my views/experience)

I've used 323mm Black Diamond drilled discs on my avant. I've been using the car primary as a daily driver and ran about 2-3 trackdays a year.
With the ferrodo ds2500's brakepads they worked great as a combo, a lot of bite, some dust/dirt production, and no disc warping. Best part is they are still going strong. I've done some inspired driving and I havent actually been easy on the brakes on the track either. No crakcs on the drilles holes. Yet. Been running them approx 5000km
                      -Recomended

EBC, just stay away from it. Tried it on both my avant and golf. They are not up for my driving style on the avant (weight/heat problem?), but workd ok on my light golf. They dust alot, but main concern is discs cracking, and pads not handeling heat (ebc red stuff), ending up as a pile of sand on my garagefloor.
-I would not recomend using EBC products on our type of cars (audis).

Brembo is always good stuff. Expensive, but it's reflected in their quality. Only good experience on those too.
                      -Recomended

Not the worst look on the Black Diamond discs either:

But the choice is yours, and people do have diffrent views/experiences.
