Well, anything is doable with enough will/money. Will it be easy? doubt it, will it be cheap? doubt it. Id use some completely other 4pot caliper preferrably with built in handbrake caliper (those are available).
Problems start and end with hand brake. RS2 uses separate drumbrake inside disc hat for hand brake, I think that would be quite hard to implement into UrS
