Sorted, after a conversation with Repo pedal box on the way from Pro-mo Racing.

Three master cylinders and now i can remove the problematic pressure acummlator and the whole abs system

terrybullwon, and what has to be removed if I just want to remove ABS and keep everything else? Any pics you have from the cylinder etc?

I have done it with a pedal box and twin master cylinders with a balance bar. Just removing the abs control is maybe a little silly.

Could you remove the whole lot and retro fit vac assist brakes from an earlier car?

Would you then use a single outlet pump rather than the split one? Or would you switch to an electric one?

My 88 10v 90 had vac brakes if you are looking for other sources.

dont know if its the same but i removed the abs of my 90 20valve with no problems could just do with some way of adjusting it from front to back. was just a case of puting new brake pipes on and removing loom and ecu along with abs unit. and not had any problems as of yet with it

ABY engine ABS block schematicly is like this: master cylinder -> some strange reducer or smth like that (see attached picture) -> ABS block. Master cylinder has 2 outputs, one for front and second for rear. I dont know what does the thing between ABS block and master cylinder. However, ABS block has 2 inputs (rear/front) and 3 outputs (front left/front right/rear).
If I remove ABS block, what where must I connect? Does anybody know?

                        Hi Terry,

I know this is an old thread but I'm looking at deleting the ABS and wondered what box you went for.........was it this one?

In fact if you could actually explain your entire setup that would be great!

                        Thanks,
