So does anyone know of away of up grading rear brakes on a s2 coupe by using standard brakes off other audis by mixin an matching? And let me know what is needed to do a conversion?? Cheers tom
have a look on s2central.net, that is where we got the info for our rear brake upgrade, we used the s8 carriers for the 8EO discs turned down to 280mm, I am not sure if you can use the s6 carriers and have the disks turned down to 269mm there may be a btdt somewhere on here but we went for the 280mm option
Yeah check out the 8E0 rear brake thread. S6 Calipers (C4 platform) work with S8 carriers (280) and 8E0 (b7) discs that have been spin down from 300mm to 280mm. Works lovely on the coupe.
