They're BREMBO...... can't be wrong.... just pros!

Probably the best brake equipment you can buy.

Congratulations for the auction, how much did you pay for them if you can tell?

    Stefano

    P.S.
    Just for curiousity:
BREMBO it's a name choosen for the geography area Val Brembana (Brembana Valley) in Bergamo provence in north Italy
Valentino Rossi call them San BREMBO!

Alfa brembos are mounted in the leading position rather than the trailing has per the s2 so you've to switch the bleed nipples and fluid transfer pipes in a traverse way to get the pistons located in the correct place. There is a good post on here by corey explaining that.

The disc on the Alfa is only 25mm or 28mm thick meaning you'll have to grind away some of the pad mounts to fit them over a 30mm disc without scraping. No big deal has the 996's need this done too.

The biggest issue you'll have is the axial mounting. The legs on the Alfa Brembo are quite long and will interfere with the mounting lugs on the s2 has you try to accomodate the 314 disc in a true 3 o'clock / 9 o'clock position.

      Pads are easy to source.

Can you measure the piston diameter please? You will need to push out the piston to do this has the seal diameter is smaller.

Yes, I was going to say these are NOT radially mounted so are going to be a PITA to make brackets for / fit, not impossible to do, as long as they were cheep to buy I guess it is worth it.

Try the 30mm thick A8 disc to see if it'll fit. Better to remove material from the caliper once rather than having to machine discs. Also the minimum thickness for the 30mm discs is 28mm so making it thinner shouldn't be considered really.
