Not APEC or Delphi under any circumstances in my experience.

I have always liked mintex personally.

      Standard brakes or Porsche calipers?

Textar are ok for daily driving but fade quickly when used in anger. They also produce a lot of black dust which gets annoying. The best pads i have used with standard brakes were a set of AP Lockheeds. Nice solid feel to them and work well when pushed. 2nd place would be Pagids. Dont even think about EBC Green*****.

For Porsche brakes i have only used the Pagid DS2500's and they are perfect for me, maybe a little dead when cold but when up to temp they really start to work.

Porsche brakes front and rear on your coupe - hub conversion?

I've got DS2500's on my RS2, I keep thinking the brakes are not up to par driving round town and then I step on the middle pedal hard and they pull my eyes out their sockets. I tested a 60-0 the other day, I 'targeted' the white line @ some lights with room to over-run and braked so late I really thought I'd be in the middle of the junction... stopped about 5m short of the line and didn't get the ABS to kick in. Some credit for my new Eagle F1 assymetric II as well, I can vouch for their incredible dry stopping distance

as for brake fluid, I would recommend you use Motul RBF 600.
