As standard they are 314mm x 30mm 59mm high.
Can I use the 323mm x 30mm 60mm high discs without any problems with caliper?
Thanks in Advance
I presume that you are talking HP2 brakes (as shown below). The 59 vs 60 mm difference would cause the new rotor to be shifted away from of the radial plain by 1 mm. That *might* not be an issue. However, the difference in radius between 314 and 323 is 4.5 mm, i.e. you need more than 4.5 mm clearance between the edge of the existing 314 mm rotor and the inside edge of the caliper if the 323 has any chance at all. You should be able check that clearance on your car. (Sorry if that was all too obvious). My guess = issues.

Thanks for backing up my thoughts. Yes it is the hp2 setup from a8. Now to find decent pads that don't cost a fortune.
I wouldn't buy the pads until you do a mock-up of the rotors and calipers on your wheel bearing carriers to see if there are clearance issues.
The one thing to note that I forgot above is no matter how big the rotor is, it is the pad that controls the swept area. With the 323 rotors and the normal sized HP2 pads, you might end up with a fairly wide band of un-contacted metal at the outer edge of the 323 rotors.
Maybe.
