3b abs urgent problem

Since we buy the car I have a big problem (among others) with ABS, the fact is that nothing I have to give the start button to cancel the abs because otherwise I'm normal but when I boot I have to brake pedal becomes hard like a stone and does not stop anything, suddenly slow down the wheels on one side and the other not, and leaves the same way to slow or block the wheels, at the end when the car almost stops the pedal normally, but getting low noise and Then the light comes on abs.

On the 3B there is a ABS relay under the steering wheel with a 10amp fuse in it would check that , ABS unit might be faulty

Would test the brake bomb to , if you are finding the pedal going hard quickly , how many times can you pump the brake pedal before it goes hard with the engine not running ?
