disc and pad replacement on s6 c4 calipers

After 3 month of replacing discs and pads the discs are warped big time. Now I bought from ebay and cheap. I am looking at replacing again but with better quality pads at least. As I think this is the problem.
The pads I have since found the spring clip has vanished on all the pads.
Thinking the pads aren't operating correctly. Might be the calipers but I checked and cleaned up slides etc.

I am just going to replace with mid priced standard discs. But looking for suggestions on better quality pads that don't cost a fortune.

Suggestions of what makes are good

    Thanks in advance

TI bit the bullet and spend the money on yellow stuff pads and the dimpled grooved discs to match all round. Stops when cold, no brake fade to date, and most importantly having installed correctly never squealed.

Got mine of will @ vrs

I know and that's without the discs for another 220. But prior to that I was going through discs and pads like no mans business. The oem replacement ones are just not upto stopping the weight of our cars on a repeated basis. The pads break up and start squealing. The discs end up juddering because of pad deposits.

Its a catch22 situ buy cheap and buy loads with never quite the performance you desire or buy once spend the same relative to time and get better braking. Got the same dilemna pricing up tires at the moment for mine where I'm starting to have to look at spending £800+ for traction / handling. Whereas previously I'd be hard pushed to spend over £300.

Unfortunately its the age old saying of you get what you pay for.

Do the 321x30 discs clear the s6 caliper?
            Original disc size is 314x30.

Are audi original pads any good?

Never tried fitting the 321's in theory yes but wasn't going to buy them to discover otherwise. Original pads are good but last time I checked (4yrs ago) they were more expensive than the yellow stuff pads.

can justify putting the redstuff, yellowstuff or DS2500 on my old diesel. cheapest being the yellowstuff i can find at
                  Yellowstuff 146.22
                  Mintex 1166 £126.13
                  Audi Genuine £90ish

I am now looking at pads around £60

                  Mintex
                  Brembo
                  Ferodo not DS2500

Anyone running any of the cheaper pads.

I am going to put on slotted discs.
