I would guess that are Porsche 993tt discs. I believe they are two piece.
I have heard that people like Movit use a special (expensive!) disc. The porsche 993tt disc is 323x32 which is close enough to the measurement you gave. Whats 1mm between listers!

I can comfirm that 993tt are 322x32mm two part drilled,they are around £ 150 from

i am only looking for the disk cause i got the rotors.. so if it's with a 5x130 rotor i can remove it and put my rotors on them.
