    Brake warning

I know this may have been asked a million times but I think my brake bomb may be knackered. Ever since I bought the car the brake warning flashes on start up bleeps 3 times flashes a number of times but goes once driving a few feet.
My brake pedal seems to firm up quickly but as soon as engine started it settles down.
Brakes works spot on though. Is there a how to for changing them? And where is best place to source one.
The only other thing I have noticed in last 2 days is when reversing off drive ( my drive is very steep) there is an initial bite sensation when applying fairly firm pressure.

When you start the car, Autocheck waits 30 seconds before checking the brake bomb pressure and as you know, beeps if the pressure isn't there. It can/will take an older bomb and hydraulic pump longer than 30 seconds to reach pressure. There's no problem with this as long as the warning never comes on afterwards when you're using the brakes. If you could change the check time from 30 seconds to say a minute, you'd never see/hear the warning.
