Presumably the general consensus would be not to spend any money on ufo brakes, and take the occasion of needing new pads for ufo to upgrade to better brakes.

To date found the standard brakes on my urS6 with the four separate pads per caliper very satisfactory. Bigger would look cooler, but aren't necessary from a performance point of view for a standard car.

        HTH a hit.

          Converted to hp2
Bought discs n pads all round from gsf for a reasonable sum
Local factors sourced new rear calipers for £168 pair, gsf couldn't get them!

I went Grooved discs from Ebay £100 and yellowstuff pads £140 for the HP2 caliper. I also bought new calipers for the front.

I am sure i have somewhere that can do the rear calipers cheaper.

If they were brand new and not re-manufactured that was a really good price.. otherwise you can buy two brand new for 294 €uro inlc fee at www.au-tel.de

Alex that was a to z motorspares, king street, Fenton
Know there stuff it seems, found right calipers straight away whereas gsf charged me £240 for the wrong ones, then found the right ones, but they couldn't get hold of them! Ok with refunds though

Of course they are not OEM genuine parts, oem´parts you get from Audi Dealer, but they may be manufacterd in the same plant, email Heiko and ask him, have bought many things from him I know he got cheap parts, good parts, expensive parts and also oem audi parts. For every likening The brake caliper I believe is as good as oem. And yes they are no re-manufacterd they are all new...
