    Yellowstuff Pads

Has anyone had any experience with EBC's Yellowstuff pads? I'm looking at some for my Cayenne calipers as they're similar in price to the standard Pagid pads.

Run them on my Clio and a mate runs them on a Golf track car, they're pretty good for the money, good from cold and bite well when hot. Need to be bedded in properly to work their best, as they have a bedding in coating that hac to wear off.

I had a set on the rear, went through them very quickly indeed and put DS2500 back on.

        Hi
I had redstuff reds on my rs2. Wore out through normal use (no track etc.) very quickly - 8000kms!! I wrote to the company never got any reply. Don't know what the yellows are like but I wouldn't touch them again!

Reds are a different thing entirely but are supposed to last a while

Odd that the yellows have worn so fast, the Clio front brakes are still plenty thick at 13k miles.

living in the Alps might be a factor in wear.

That's true!! But it was the Winter you can't brake that hard with snow on the ground The standard pads do around 25000kms!!
