    Fabia Combi brake bolt question

Can anyone confirm the front brake guide/slider bolt thread size for a 2005 Skoda Fabia Combi? I have looked at several forums and some parts suppliers but I cant find a definitive answer. Possibly it is M8 x 1.25mm,but I have also seen M8 x 1.00mm mentioned.
The thread has stripped on one of the hub attachment points and I will have to helicoil it.
    Thanks!

Have you got the old bolt? M6 is a 1mm pitch so you can try the threads against each other.

Unfortunately I dont.A "temporary repair" was done using a sleeve insert to keep the car going until a helicoil kit arrived. I guess we will have to pull a guide bolt out again and measure the thread. No big deal,I just thought someone might know the size from memory.
