I paid 600 for the gt2 calipers. all 4. sold the rears for 300.
300 quid for 6 pots sounds ok to me.
ecp for 993 tt discs.
pads a question of choice
That is very good. Assume that wasn't new? I am now considering the Porsche brembo route but whilst i don't want to spend more than I have to, the cost is also not prohibitive for me and I would like a new kit that I know will probably give hassle free use for quite a lot of time. Might have to toss a coin. As usual have found loads of info on here about the main upgrade that most S2 owner make to their front brakes.
Could not agree more. Don't know how people use the stock crud they come with. They are made out of paperclips as far as I can tell. I have an S2 because I like speed and liking speed means I need to stop quick sometimes.
Hmm, 6pot brembos v's 4pot AP's. New, AP's are gonna be cheaper. Think I might treat myself and be done with it seeing as I have done the cambelt, aux rad, big service and possibly reconditioning the K26Hybrid shortly as well. Hopefully after that, it will be at least another week or so before any other unforeseen cost rears its head ha ha. I should be thankful I haven't had to spend a penny on this for 2yrs other than fuel.
