I think they are a radial mount and heeeeavy from what i remember.

Would be interesting if they bolted straight into the existing S2 holes on the strut and everything lines up but i guess that would be too much of a coincidence

I would have thought you would need totally different mounting brackets as they are monster 6 pot calipers.

With the correct carrier they would fit and have been discussed before if you have a search thru this section

Cayenne calipers are massive and I doubt the bolt pitch is the same as any other caliper...wouldn't make sense structurally to have a small pitch on such a large caliper. Didn't Jeffer or Cees use this caliper? If they did, their brackets looked much larger than big reds. Not a brembo person myself...as me anything about the APs and you will get data! LOL!

Anything can be made to fit.

If you are getting them cheap and want to make a few extra quid just for handling, let me know how much you want for them. I currently have a few sets of 6pot APs waiting for collection but I can always look at the dark side.

              Cheers Lee:-
Part numbers as on each caliper:-

              Left: 207673 03 2 & 4L1513
              Right: 20767304 5 A & 4L0813

They are 4 pot not 6 and the mounting bolts are axial in direction.

I may yet just 'handle' these and your conversion is on the want list (front and rear) just spending a fortune on building up my spare engine at the mo.

prob see you at the B'church gargage meet (would like a spin in yours if pos?? )

These are 8-pots from a AMG SL. Also; Cayenne calipers are side bolted, these are bolted from the top. Disks are from a RS4

If only we could be so lucky! Believe it or not, though, the B5 S4 can bolt these calipers right in...but you'll still need custom rotors and hats. There is a tuning company here in the US that does this upgrade for the B5 S4. Any other car would need a bracket similar to the one found in the lower right of this pic...

Jay - you sure they are Cayenne front calipers:
from my extensive caliper photo library (courtesy largely of ebay.de), I believe cayennes have 6 pot front calipers and 4 pot rears. Again, like the other cars, the rear calipers have small pistons.

Yep. that's my understanding too. The Cayenne S and Turbo both, I believe have 6 pot Brembos at the front. I'm using the ones off a 996 GT3 Carrera Cup Car, which apparently are slightly smaller and lighter??? APR www.goapr.com is the company in the US that is doing the Brembo conversion on B5 and B6 model A4's. they use cayenne silver 6 pots. My brakes require custom brackets and are being built as I type this I will post piccys and dimensions etc as soon as I can. BTW, mine will be mounted over 362mm AP racing discs, and using the standard Porsche 996 GT3 Pagid pads (cut down slightly from the top to ensure proper coverage)
