Brake problem on A6 2.5tdi quattro

The past few days I have had brake problems as if the servo assistance is not working when braking. At first brakes seem to be working fine. But if braking soon after its like braking with the ignition off. I have had the warning on the dash but had gone off.
I changed the small rubber hose as it was perished which connects to hard plastic pipe to servo.
Rear calipers replaced with new and the front has had new discs pads.
No real change since I replaced it.

Any other suggestions welcome.
Not had the chance to check codes.

I would say its the accumulator that bolts to the head, one of the very few things that seem to give issues in the engine bay on the c4 aat/ael.I must have put 3 or 4 on my old one in 7 years

I do have a couple of spares you are welcome to but im not sure of their condition as they all got mixed up with good/bad ones

Vacuum pump went on mine too, I got one of these

It does seem a bit noisier than the original but so far it's worked OK.
