    Very slowly loosing brake fluid

I've been chasing this problem for a while now. The brake fluid level is dropping very slowly.

So in my hunt, I've checked all joins and calipers for signs of leaks. Pressure bled the system. Checked the master cylinder for leaks. Had a good look around the bomb and ABS unit for any leaks too. But I can't find the source.

The level drops to the point the warning comes on about once every two months so it is a very slow leak. The pedal feels pretty firm but I need to get to the bottom of this.

I am running 996 fronts and S8 rears. Any pointers of what/where to check next would be great.

I was wondering if brightly coloured brake fluid would be a good idea?

Maybe you can find a suitable UV dye to add to the brake fluid

gearbox bell housing wet, could indicate that the fluid is passing the seal at the end but leaking out of sight?

Yes but that's normal for a coupe! Pretty sure it's just rain water causing the puddles in there.

I'll check the clutch cylinders and lines when I get the chance now though. Cheers for all the suggestions.
